Payment & Shipping Information


All payments are collected through PayPal only, which is the most secure method of online payment. PayPal allows you to use your own credit cards, bank accounts, or PayPal account in order to make payments.

I do not accept any other form of payment other than PayPal.

Regarding  payment for originals only: if you wish for me to hold a piece for you, please contact me with the title. I will then invoice you for 50% of the total cost of the piece. Once you pay that invoice I will hold that piece in reserve for you. I do not hold pieces longer than 6 months, at which point I will refund you 50% of your installment payment.



All originals & prints are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard photo mailers.

Originals come signed & dated with the year only. They also include a Certificate of Authenticity that is signed and dated according to the date of  your purchase.

  • US DOMESTIC orders are shipped 1st Class Priority Mail. This service includes insurance for up to $100 of the total value of the item(s) ordered.
  •  WORLD orders are shipped 1st Class Air. Shipping Priority & Insured is prohibitively expensive with prices beginning at $50 USD for Great Britain (for one example). Important: if you wish for the item(s) to be insured for international shipping, please contact me upon paying for your order so I can invoice you separately for the additional postal costs, otherwise your order will be shipped via 1st Class Air.


Return & Exchange Policy:

I do not accept returns. I do not do exchanges. No exceptions.



I am not held responsible in any way for lost, misdirected, late-arriving (due to shipping delays, inclement weather or other factors) or damaged mail.

In the case an item is damaged (incredibly rare, but hey, it can happen), I contact the USPS for US DOMESTIC shipments to begin the insurance claim process & file an official claim. Before I can do this, as Recipient you will be required by the USPS to photograph the damaged packaging AND the damaged item within the packaging. Send me the photographs to  Photographs speed up the claim process.  You may also be required on your end as Recipient to start a claim process with the USPS as well.

Originals: I do my utmost to be sure my customers are happy. Should an ORIGINAL work of art be lost or damaged, I will send you a 450 dpi scanned JPG file of the original. This will include my written permission as Artist & Copyright Holder for you to take that JPG file to any printer & have them print it out ONCE on any type of paper of your choosing.

The above offer applies to originals only.

Regarding prints, once we begin the claims process with the USPS & that is underway on both our ends (i.e., you send me photographs of the damage) I will send you another print at my own cost. For international shipments I will ask you to pay half the shipping cost.

COPYRIGHT: As the Artist, I hold the copyright worldwide on every piece of art I create. Purchasing artwork from me does not in any way transfer any copyright to you. You only have the right to display the work in your home, office, or place of business for your own enjoyment. As Artist I retain ALL RIGHTS to my own work, meaning I can sell prints of the originals that I sell and original images may end up on other items; such as, calendars, mugs, shirts, and so on; in addition, originals may appear as parts of larger works consisting of multiple images.
